Policy for the protection of personal information

The American Party of Canada collects the contact information of its members; Namely email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses when an individual applies to join our party.
Physical copies of this information are securely stored at the parties office.
This information is used to contact party members about party business and will never be sold to or shared with third parties, except for elections Canada.
All party staff are trained to only use information of party members and supporters for the purpose of conducting party business; namely political messaging and coordinating events.
The party does not collect online information or use cookies. The party simply responds to initial contacts from persons interested in joining or supporting the goals of it. Any information stored is incidental to individuals initial communications with the party.
Any Concerns can be forwarded to the parties Cyber Coordination Officer.
